When to call directly: well anytime really but below might help.
We can only go Tuesday, Wednesday , Thursday: absolutely fine. If you cannot book ahead, and it appears we are already booked-call! We might have a solution for that! What type of trips? We recognize the 5 night stays and are adjusting .

I have found in making this effort the last few decades, we can do our best to get things on the books and moving. I have the marina online form to aid you long term as you book your cottage, you book your spot. Coming in the next few days-sure, you can use the form.
When that is not possible, that is why we have a phone! If we are steering we will return the call and know that credit cards are mandatory for holding any slot. It is just as it is elsewhere!
